摘要
文章研究了硅烷及其混合膜对X70碳钢在0.1mol/L NaCl溶液中缓蚀作用的影响,发现硅烷中官能团不同则硅烷膜的缓蚀效率(η%)不同,VTOS(乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷)膜的η%高于MTES(甲基三乙氧基硅烷)膜的.为了进一步提高其η%,同时研究了硅烷混合膜的缓蚀作用,结果表明一定顺序形成的混合膜能够进一步提高η%.
In this paper,inhibitive effects of silane and mixed silane films on the surface of X70 carbon steel in 0.1M NaCl were studied.It was found that the inhibitive efficiency(η%)varied with the types of the films,andη% of VTOS film was higher than that of MTES.To improveη%further,inhibitive effects of the VTOS and MTES mixed films were also studied.The results showed thatη%of the mixed films was improved obviously in a certain sequence of forming.
