摘要
分析了日本琵琶湖、北美五大湖、欧洲佩普西湖、美国田纳西河、澳大利亚墨累—达令河、法国水资源、英国水资源管理经验,总结出对我国流域管理的启示:以流域为单元统一管理;政府的主导作用;建立良好的学术研究条件;将市场机制引入流域管理;公众的广泛参与。
The water management experiences in Japan, North America, Europe, the US, Australia, France, and the UK were analyzed and compared to obtain inspirations for China＇s watershed management. Regarding watershed as a whole was significant. The government had to play a leading role to help to build up good research atmosphere. It also needed to introduce the market system into watershed management and encouraged the public to participate the management.
