论述了洱源县湿地建设的背景和必要性,介绍了洱源县湿地建设的基本情况和污染物减排效果,分析了湿地建设的主要制约因素,提出了加快湿地建设的建议。
The background and necessity of wetland construction in Eryuan County were introduced. The effects of reducing pollutants of wetlands were analyzed. The major constraints on wetlands construction were identified. The suggestions on improving wetlands construction were put forward.
