摘要
基于目前开远市环境污染现状,通过原因分析及产污环节剖析,提出主要产污企业的环境监察要点,并针对目前环境监察存在的问题提出建议。
The steps producing pollutants were analyzed as well as the reasons based on the current environmental pollution status in Kaiyuan. The keys of environmental supervision to the main enterprises were pointed out. The countermeasures of solving the issues of carrying out environmental supervision were suggested.
