摘要
剖析了云南省主要大中型水电站三通一平工程阶段性竣工环保验收存在的问题,提出大中型水电站三通一平工程阶段性环境管理建议。
The problems of periodical check and acceptance of the basic infrastructure construction involving in level soil, road, water pipe, and electricity of the hydro - power station construction were analyzed. The suggestions on environmental management of these issues were put forward.
