以水电、铁路典型项目为案例,分析了项目环评技术评估中反映出的代表性技术及管理问题,提出相应环境管理建议,为环保行政主管部门科学决策提供借鉴。

The hydropower and railway projects were taken as examples to analyze the issues of typical technology and management reflected from the technological appraisal of environmental impact assessment. The corresponding measures were put forward, which has provided references for the governmental environmental management.
