Environmental impact assessment （EIA） of reorganization and expansion projects was difficult due to its complexities. The related details of four parts of EIA involving in the present situation of previous project, the general information of reorganization and expansion projects, the forecast of environmental impacts, and the acceptance and check were summarized.
