摘要 采用吹扫捕集富集地表水中吡啶,气相色谱-质谱联用法进行测定,内标标准曲线法定量。吡啶在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,当进样体积在5m L时,方法检出限为0.04μg/L,标准液平行测定的相对标准偏差〈4%,地表水加标回收率在93.8%~96.5%。本方法适用地表水中痕量有机物的测定。 Puffing and trapping technique was used to collect pyridine in surface water. Pyridine was monitored by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry and was quantified by internal standard method. The linear relationship of pyridine within a certain range of concentration was good. The detection limit was 0. 04μg/L when the volume of the sample was 5ml. The relative standard deviation of the parallel standard solution was less than 4%. The stand- ard recovery rate was between 93.8% and 96. 5%. This method was also suitable for the test of trace organism.
