摘要
针对我国燃气轮机排烟热值普遍偏高的情况,提出采用余热回收装置以回收烟气余热,分析了其实施的可行性。以西门子公司的S7-300 PLC为核心,根据余热回收系统中的工艺特点及要求,设计并实现一套余热回收装置控制系统。系统通过传感器采集导热油的流量、温度等数据,准确反映某阶段内工艺参数值及变化趋势,为上层管理网络提供监控数据。结果表明:选取合理的控制系统可以有效地提高能源利用率,降低设备投资成本和投资回收年限,保证节能改造的技术经济性。
Aiming at the general high calorific value of exhaust gas in domestic gas turbine,this paper introduced a waste heat recovery device for heat recovery of flue gas,and analyzed its feasibility. According to the requirements of process,we designed and accomplished a waste heat recovery device control system by using Siemens' s S7-300 PLC as the main controller. The system gathers main parameters-such as flow,temperature and some other data- from thermal medium oil. It can accurately reflect the value of a certain stage process parameters and trends,as well as to provide monitoring data to upper management network. Results show that by selecting reasonable control system,the energy utilization can be effectively improved and the investment cost and payoff period can be reduced so as to ensure the economy of the energy saving retrofit.
