摘要
介绍AMETEK880-NSL比值分析仪的工作原理、系统构成及其特点,针对普光净化厂应用过程中存在的问题,提出改进方法,优化安装,使得比值分析仪能够快速、准确的进行在线分析,进而实现了AMETEK880-NSL比值分析仪在元坝天然气净化厂克劳斯硫磺回收工艺中的成功作用,有效地减少了故障发生率及维护量。
This paper introduces AMETEK 880-NSL ratio analyzer in the working principle、system composition and characteristics.According to Puguang purification factory existing problems in the application process,we put forward improving methods and optimizes installations to make the ratio analyzer analyzes online more quickly and accurately. So as to realize the successful role that the AMETEK880-NSL ratio analyzer in Yuanba gas purification factory in Claus sulfur recovery process. It effectively reduces the malfunction rate and maintenance.
