摘要
给出了PLC与LabVIEW通讯的基本方法,以及基于两者通讯对直流电机实现PID控制的设计方法。系统具有良好的软件交互界面,编程简单方便,且具有快速的控制响应、较强的扩张性以及较高的自动化程度,可以满足不同类型的直流电机的控制。经过调试,实际控制效果良好,拥有一定的实际应用价值。
Design of DC motor control system based on PLC and Lab VIEW communication is presented and the method of program design for PID controlling is described in this paper. The system has good software interface,strong expansion and rapid response that it can be meet different DC motor control. The practical operation effect is good and it has a certain extent practical application value through test.
