摘要
为加强建筑施工可视化管理的开发及应用,本文结合当前施工现场管理的实际需求,应用BIM-GIS技术,构建了一种新型的可视化管理模型,以BIM建筑信息模型为基础进行建筑施工信息流动、成本、物料及建筑构件属性分析,并运用GIS在整合和管理建筑物外部环境信息中的优势性,确保建筑合理空间布局,由此实现了建筑施工过程的实时性与可视化监管。
in order to strengthen the development and application of visualization management of building construction,this paper combined with the actual needs of the construction site management,applied the BIM-GIS technology to construct a new visual management model,with BIM building information model as the basis to analyze the information flows、cost、material and the construction elements property,and use the advantages of GIS in integration and management of building external environment information,to ensure the rational layout of architectural space,then achieve real-time visualization of construction and supervision.
