护士情景教学在疝和腹壁外科的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨病例为基础的教学结合情景模拟教学在职业防护培训中的效果。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院2014年新入院护士65名作为对照组,2015年新入院护士60名作为观察组,对照组护士在岗前培训过程中由感染控制护士长进行职业防护讲座,培训结束后进行书面理论考核,进而进入临床工作;对观察组护士运用CBL结合情景模拟教学进行培训,培训结束后进行书面理论考核,进而进入临床工作。对两组护士培训效果评价,观察两组护士培训后书面理论考核成绩、入职1年内职业暴露发生率、职业暴露后处理正确率。结果观察组护士客观试题成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士入院1年内职业暴露发生率、职业暴露后处理正确率分别为11.7%,100.0%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBL结合情景教学,能有效提高职业防护培训效果,有助于减少职业伤害。 Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of case based learning (CBL) and scene simulation teaching in the training of occupational protection. Methods Choose 65 newly recruited nurses in 2014 as control group, and 60 new nurses in 2015 as observation group. In control group, the nurses were training by the head nurse of infection control department with occupational protection lectures in the process of pre-service training; in the end, the written theory examination were carried out, and then the new nurses entered the clinical work. Nurse in observation group used the combined CBL and scene simulation teaching training. After written theory examination, the nurses enter into the clinical work. Subjective and objective effects of nurse training of the two groups were evaluated, including theory examination scores, incidence of occupational exposure within 1 year, and correct rate of post-treatment of occupational exposure. Results Nurses in observation group had better objective test results than nurses in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The incidence of occupational exposure within 1 year, and the correct rate of post-treatment of occupational exposure in observation group were 11.7% and 100%, respectively, were significantly lower than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The combination of CBL and scene simulation teaching training can effectively improve the effect of occupational protection training, and can help to reduce the occupational injuries.
