急性心肌梗死PCI术后支架内血栓形成1例报道

摘要 经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）已有30多年的发展历史。支架内血栓形成是PCI术后少见且最为严重的并发症，包括不稳定心绞痛、急性心肌梗死、心源性休克等。随着支架植入时高压球囊扩张的普遍应用和标准化双联抗血小板治疗的改进，
