摘要
目的:探讨孤立性肺结节鉴别诊断应用CT灌注成像结合动态增强扫描的临床价值。方法:选取某院110例孤立性肺结节患者,采用常规CT灌注成像结合动态增强扫描,并与病理检测结果进行对比分析。结果:结核瘤、炎性结节及小肺癌患者的时间-密度曲线存在显著差异;结核瘤患者的BF、BV及PS参数值明显低于炎性结节患者和小肺癌患者(均P<0.01);炎性结节患者的PS参数值显著低于小肺癌患者,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:CT灌注成像结合动态增强扫描,利用结核瘤、炎性结节及小肺癌换的时间-密度曲线以及CT灌注参数差异,能够提高对SNP患者的临床鉴别诊断准确率。
Objective:To study the clinical value of CT perfusion imaging combined dynamic enhanced scan in differential diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule.Methods:110cases of patients with solitary pulmonary nodules were selected and treated with routine CT perfusion imaging combined dynamic enhanced scan,and then compared the pathological results.Results:The time-density curve of tuberculoma,inflammatory nodules and small lung cancer patients had significant differences;BF,BV and PS parameter values of tuberculoma patients were significantly lower than that of patients with inflammatory nodules and small lung cancer(all P〈0.01);PS parameter values of patients with inflammatory nodules was significantly lower than that of small lung cancer patients,which the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).Conclusion:Treated with CT perfusion imaging combined dynamic enhanced scan,and taking advantage of timedensity curve of tuberculoma,inflammatory nodules and small lung cancer patients and CT perfusion parameters difference can improve the clinical differential diagnosis accuracy of SNP patients.
