摘要
目的:分析胃癌患者手术后早期肠内营养的临床效果。方法:随机将110例胃癌患者分为观察组和对照组各55例,观察组术后接受早期肠内营养,对照组术后接受肠外营养,对比两组患者胃肠恢复情况。结果:两组患者营养支持8d后,前清蛋白较之前明显提高,观察组前清蛋白含量明显高于对照组,转铁蛋白较之前有所增加,观察组转铁蛋白含量明显高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组肛门排气时间及第一次排便时间明显短于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:对胃癌患者术后采取早期肠内营养,可改善患者术后营养状况,促进患者胃肠功能尽早恢复。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition after surgery for gastric cancer patients.Methods:110cases of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group(55cases)and control group(55cases).The patients in observation group were received postoperative enteral nutrition,and the patients in control group were received postoperative parenteral nutrition.The gastrointestinal recovery condition of two groups was compared.Results:After 8days nutritional support,the prealbumin content of patients in two groups are significantly improved.and the prealbumin content of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group;Transferrin was increased compared with the previous,and the transferrin content of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈 0.05);The anus exhaust time and the first defecation time of observation group was significantly shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Patients with gastric cancer in treatment of taking early enteral nutrition after operation can improve the nutritional status of patients,and promote gastrointestinal function resumption of patients.
