经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生症临床效果探讨

Clinical Studies of Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection of Prostate in the Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的：探讨经尿道前列腺等离子电切术（PKRP）治疗良性前列腺增生症（BPH）的临床效果。方法：以2014年1月-2014年12月某院收治的40例BPH患者为研究对象,通过对临床资料进行回顾分析,观察其临床效果及并发症情况。结果：术后40例前列腺增生患者的国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、最大尿流率情况要显著优于手术治疗前（P〈0.05）。术后出血3例,术后随访1年,尿道狭窄2例,无尿失禁、直肠穿孔等严重并发症发生。结论：经尿道前列腺等离子电切术（PKRP）治疗良性前列腺增生症,不仅具有非常好的临床效果,而且安全可靠,并发症较少,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate（PKRP）in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）.Methods：The retrospective analysis was carried out among 40 cases of patients with PKRP in a hospital during January 2014 to December 2014.The treatment effect and related complications were also observed.Results：After the operation,IPSS and Qmax were significantly higher than that of before surgery（P〈0.05）.There was 3cases of Postoperative hemorrhage.After 12 months follow-up,we found 2cases of the urethral stricture,and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion：The clinical effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is significant,with low risk and few complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
