CT和MRI联合检查在晚期子宫内膜癌术前分期中的应用

Application of CT and MRI Joint Inspection in Advanced Endometrial Carcinoma Preoperative Staging

目的：通过对比计算机断层扫描CT以及CT联合MRI检查晚期子宫内膜癌术前分期的准确性,分析CT联合MRI检查的临床应用价值。方法：选择2009年1月-2015年4月期间在某院诊断治疗的晚期子宫内膜癌患者300例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组患者进行计算机断层扫面CTI,试验组患者进行CE联合MRI进行诊断及术前分期检查,观察两组患者不同检查方法的诊断情况。结果：对照组患者进行CT检查的敏感性为64.0%,试验组患者进行CT联合MRI检查的敏感性为89.3%,两种检查方法的敏感性比较差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两种检查方法的特异性均为100%,差异无统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组患者进行CT检查的准确率为67.3%,试验组患者进行CT联合MRI检查的准确率为92.7%,两种检查方法的准确率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对照组患者进行CT术前分期检查的准确率为58.0%,试验组患者进行CT联合MRI术前分期检查的准确率为86.0%,两种方法术前分期检查的准确率比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：CT联合MRI在晚期子宫内膜癌术前分期检查中准确率高,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective：By comparing the accuracy of the computed tomography CT and CT in combination with MRI advanced endometrial carcinoma preoperative staging to analyze the clinical value of CT and MRI joint inspection.Methods：Select 300 hospitalized patients with advanced endometrial carcinoma from January2009 to April 2015,who were randomly divided into study group and control group,control group patients treated with computed tomography（ct）scanning,CTI,and study group patients treated with CT and MRI joint inspection and preoperative staging,to observe the diagnosis of two groups of patients with different checking methods.Results：The sensitivity of the control group patients with CT examination was 64.0%.The sensitivity of the study group patients with CT and MRI Joint Inspection was 89.3%.The comparative difference of the sensitivity of two checking methods was obvious,with significantly statistical（P〈0.05）.The specificity of the two methods of inspection was 100%,with no significantly statistical（P〈0.05）.The accuracy rate of control group patients with CT examination was 67.3%.The accuracy rate of the other group patients with CT and MRI joint inspection was 92.7%.The comparison difference between the accuracy of two checking methods was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The accuracy of control group patients with CT preoperative staging was 58.0%.The accuracy of study group patients with CT and MRI joint inspection and preoperative staging was 86.0%.The comparison difference between the accuracy of two checking methods of preoperative staging was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The accuracy of CT and MRI joint inspection in advanced endometrial carcinoma preoperative staging is high,which has the definite value of clinical application.
