多层螺旋CT在气道异物诊断中的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Multi-slice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Airway Foreign Body

目的:研究分析多层螺旋CT在气道异物诊断中的临床应用价值。方法:选取某院收治的52例气道异物的患者作为本次研究的对象,将患者进行随机分为观察组和对照组,每组26例。观察并记录两组患者气道异物的位置、大小、形态及阻塞程度等进行比较。结果:观察组的检出率明显高于对照组的检出率,两者间具有显著性的差异(P<0.05),经统计学分析,具有统计学意义。结论:多层螺旋CT可清楚显示异物形态、大小、位置以及与气管之间的关系,值得临床的广泛应用。

Objective：To study the clinical application value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of airway foreign body.Methods：52patients with airway foreign body in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,26 cases in each group.The location,size,shape and obstruction degree of the airway foreign bodies were observed and recorded in the two groups.Results：The detection rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）,which was statistically significant.Conclusion：Multi-slice spiral CT can clearly show the relationship between the shape,size,location and the trachea,which is worthy of clinical application.
