临床护理路径在老年脑血管介入术患者护理的应用

The Nursing Application of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Senile Cerebral Vascular Interventional Surgery

目的：观察临床护理路径（CNP）在老年患者脑血管疾病介入术中的实施效果。方法：选取某科2012年2月-2015年1月符合研究标准的老年脑血管介入患者72例分为观察组和对照组。观察组按照CNP进行护理,对照组根据患者不同的症状进行治疗和护理。对两组BI评分、神经功能临床疗效、住院情况、对护理满意度进行比较分析。结果：与对照组相比,观察组住院天数、住院费用都明显减少;观察组BI评分、神经功能临床疗效、护理满意度均高于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：针对老年脑血管介入患者应用临床护理路径能减少患者的住院天数和住院费用,改善患者的神经功能,并一定程度提高了患者生活自理水平和患者的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the implementation effect of the clinical nursing pathway in patients with senile cerebral vascular interventional surgery.Methods：72patients with cerebral vascular intervention who met the study standards in a department from February 2012 to January 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group.The patients in observation group were nursed with CNP,and the patients in control group was nursed in the conventional way according to the different symptoms.Then compared the BI score,neurologic clinical curative effect,hospitalization and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results：Compared with the control group,the hospitalization days and hospitalization costs of the observation group were significantly reduced.The BI score,neurologic clinical curative effect and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were much higher than that of control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of clinical nursing pathway in elderly patients with cerebrovascular intervention can effectively reduce the patient＇s hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses,and greatly improve the patients life level,the clinical efficacy of neural function and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
