十步正骨手法配合中药在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用初步探讨

Preliminary Discussion on the Application of Ten Steps Bonesetting with Traditional Chinese Medicine Used in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的：分析十步正骨手法配合中药在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用效果。方法：2014年1月-2015年6月期间,某院选取76例腰间盘突出症患者进行研究,将76例患者随机分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予十步正骨手法配合中药治疗,对照组给予常规推拿手法配合中药治疗,对比分析两组患者临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为94.74%,对照组治疗总有效率为73.68%,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,数据对比差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论：十步正骨手法配合中药在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的疗效显著,建议在临床上推广。

Objective：To study the effect of Ten Steps bonesetting analysis with traditional chinese medicine application in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：76cases of hospital patients with lumbar disc herniation from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given ten steps bonesetting with traditional chinese medicine treatment,and the control group received conventional treatment with traditional chinese medicine.Then compared the clinical outcomes of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of observation group was94.74%,and the total effective rate of control group was 73.68%.The total efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of Ten Steps bonesetting with traditional chinese medicine in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is significant,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
