护理干预在妇科腹腔镜术中的应用效果观察

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Patients with Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:观察护理干预在妇科腹腔镜手术患者的应用效果。方法:妇科腹腔镜手术患者98例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组(各49例)。对照组患者给予常规护理干预措施,观察组在对常规护理的基础上增加实施护理干预措施,观察两组患者术后恢复情况,并对患者并发症发生率及本次护理服务的满意情况进行统计。结果:观察组患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间、首次肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,对护理服务的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受妇科腹腔镜手术的患者采用专业的护理干预措施,可以加快患者术后身体的康复,减少相关并发症,并提高护理服务的满意度,具有一定的临床应用和推广价值。

Objective：To observe the effect of nursing intervention on patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods：98cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery in a hospital from December to January 2015 were selected as research objects,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing intervention measures,and the observation group was given nursing intervention measures on the basis of the control group.The postoperative recovery of the patients in two groups were observed,and the incidence of complications and the satisfaction of the nursing service were tallied.Results：The recovery time of bowel sounds,the first time of expelling flatus,the time to get out of bed and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the incidence of complication was lower than that of control group,and the observation group patients satisfaction of nursing service was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：In the gynecological laparoscopic surgery,the nursing intervention can accelerate the recovery of the patients,reduce complications and improve nursing service satisfaction,which has certain value of clinical application and popularization.
