医学生的就业志愿现况分析与对策

Analysis and Countermeasures of Employment Volunteer Status of Medical Students

医学生是我国未来医疗卫生事业的主要力量,其就业志愿将在很大程度上决定我国未来的医疗状况。课题组对630份有效问卷进行统计和分析,阐述了医学生目前就业志愿的现况,发现医学生的就业志愿体现出多元化的特点:如出国深造,自主创业,到基层或私营医院就业,到公立医院就业等等。文章还分析了其中的有利因素和不利因素,并解析其中的原因。最后,对各高校在引导医学生的就业志愿方面提出建议。

Medical students are the main powers of medical and health services in the future in our country,so the employment volunteers of medical students will largely determine the medical condition in the future in our country.630 cases of valid questionnaires were counted and analyzed,which stated the current employment volunteer status of medical students,and found that the employment volunteers reflected diversified characteristics,such as further study abroad,becoming self-employed,working at grass roots or private hospital,getting ajob in a public hospital and so on.The article also analyzed the favorable factors and unfavorable factors about diversified employment volunteers.At last,some suggestions about colleges and universities guiding employment volunteers of medical students were put forward.
