基于国际视野的校本研修模式探索

摘要 校本研修是以学校为基本单位,旨在优化学校教师队伍、提高教师业务水平、促进学校整体发展的研修活动形式,必须立足本校实际,突出自身办学特色。在校本研修中,西安高新第一中学积极探索,勇于创新,形成了六大模式:一是以主题交流为核心的教师"访学"模式;二是以学校为基地的教师研训模式;三是以教师主体价值追求为引领的梯队发展模式;四是以学生发展需求为驱动的"再回大学"能力提升模式;五是以课题研究为抓手的合作共建模式;六是以学校发展战略为指向的教育论坛和国际合作模式。 School-based research courses aim at improving school teaching faculty as well as the whole curriculum system of the school.Therefore it should be designed on the basis of specific schooling characteristics.In school-based research courses,Xi'an Gaoxin No.1 High School has actively and innovatively formed Six Modes.The first mode is to encourage communication "visits" of teachers; the second is the school-based research training for teachers; the third is the "echelon development" to realize teachers subject values;the fourth is "returning to university" mode driven by students' development needs; the fifth is the cooperative and joint construction of different subject research; the last is education forum and international cooperation for school's strategic development.
