The Exploration and Effects of Career Education in School

高中教育的任务主要包括"为升学做准备""为就业做准备"两方面。高中生涯教育是近几年来我国教育普遍关注的问题。西安高新第一中学在探索与实践中作出许多尝试,如成立学生发展指导中心、确立实施生涯教育辅导的目标与内容,并通过校本课程、导师制、社团活动、个别辅导、家校与社会合作等途径积极践行生涯教育,取得了良好的成效。

The main tasks of senior high school education are ＂to prepare students for higher education＂ and ＂to prepare students for future career＂,as the career education in senior high schools has become a focus in recent years.Xi＇an Gaoxin No.1 High School has made many attempts in the exploration and practice of career education,and the student development guidance center is a good example.Besides,the school has set the objectives and the content of career education for senior high students.Moreover,many relative school-based courses,association activities,tutorial system,individual coaching,and the cooperation among school,family and the society can be seen in the career education in the school,which has achieved great effect.
