摘要
家庭教育是学校教育顺利开展的有力保障。为探明家校合作对超常儿童发展的影响,北京市第八中学基于亲子关系诊断测试结果,改善家校沟通方式,取得了较好的效果。亲子关系诊断测试结果显示,大部分家庭都存在溺爱孩子、过分期待、过于严厉、家庭成员间教育观念不一致等问题。对此,北京八中素质班做了以下工作。首先,建立家长委员会,统一家长思想,定期召开家长会,沟通教育问题,共同商讨解决方案;其次,关注个体,对学生的个别问题进行个性化指导。
Family education is a strong support for effect of school education.To explore the effect of family-school cooperation on the development of talented kids,Beijing No.8 Middle School has referred to the parent-child relationship diagnostic tests and improved the communication approach between family and school,and it turns out to be an encouraging result.According to the test,the majority of the families have parenting problems,such as spoiling their children,overexpectation,being too strict,disagreement in education philosophy and so on.Therefore,Beijing No.8 Middle School has taken the following measures.Firstly,the school set up a parent committee,allowing the parents to share and communicate; secondly,more attention has been placed on individuals,so as to provide individualized guidance.
