普通高中创新人才培养校本化探索——以江苏省启东中学为例

The Exploration in the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Regular Senior High Schools

创新人才培养是创新型国家建设的关键。普通高中应根据学校特色、社会需求和学生核心素养发展需要,培养具有创新精神和实践能力的人才。江苏省启东中学以学科拓展探究和科技创新实践活动为重点,从目标"三维度"、内容"三层次"、保障"三支柱"、评价"三要素"四个方面,探索创新人才培养的有效路径,打造了普通高中创新人才培养的校本化操作范式。

The cultivation of innovative talents plays a key role in the construction of an innovative country.Regular senior high schools should cultivate talents based on schools＇ own characteristics,social needs and students＇ core accomplishment development needs.By focusing on the subject extension and science and technology innovative activities,Qidong Middle School of Jiangsu Province has worked out an effective path to cultivate innovative talents,including a ＂three-dimension＂ goal,the ＂three-level＂ content,the ＂three-pillar＂ support,and a ＂three-element＂ evaluation system,which has set a model for the talents cultivation in regular senior high schools.
