医疗保障制度与经济增长的关系研究

An analysis of the Relationship between Medical Care Security and Economic Development

本文通过将索洛模型的资本要素分解为物质、健康和教育人力资本三项，利用两部门模型的场景假设，从理论上阐述医疗保障制度与经济发展之间的关系；同时，用固定截距效应分析方法，对180个国家2005～2012年面板数据的分析，证实了理论模型的有效性。研究认为，医疗保障制度的正外部性，以及在提供健康人力和高素质教育人力资本方面的乘数效应，有助于消化制度成本，从而对经济发展产生正向促进作用。

We divided the capital in Solow Model into three parts of material, health and education, and then ana- lyzed the relationship between medical security and economy growth through the Two-Parts Model. Through the fixed intercept effect analysis ,we proved the theoretical model＇s validity with 180 country＇s panel data from year 2005 to 2012. We found that the positive externality of medical security and the human capital＇ s multiplier effect with health and education could reduce the institutional cost, and promote economy growth.
