摘要
提出了基于UG的检测模型未注公差自动完善方案,分析了一般公差标准中线性尺寸的数据结构,并在Access中建立一般公差数据库,利用UG/Open API在UG中开发未注公差处理模块,介绍了该模块主要功能的实现方法。该方案有效解决了检测模型线性尺寸未注公差问题,明显提高了产品的检测效率。
A solution to undeclared tolerance of inspection model based on UG is put forward. By analyzing the data structure of the linear dimension of the general tolerance standard, the general tolerance database is set up in Access. A module to process undeclared tolerance is developed by UG/Open API, and the main realization method of the module is introduced. The solution effectively solves the problem of undeclared linear dimension tolerance of the inspection model, and signally improves the inspection efficiency of the product.
