中药醋剂联合蜂王浆外用治疗神经性皮炎疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy of External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Vinegar Combined with Royal Jelly in Treatment of Neurodermatitis

目的观察中药醋剂联合蜂王浆外用治疗神经性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将120例神经性皮炎患者随机分为两组,每组60例(对照组脱落2例,治疗组脱落1例)。治疗组患者接受中药醋剂联合蜂王浆外用治疗,对照组患者接受糠酸莫米松乳膏外用治疗。治疗前和治疗2周后分别观察两组临床症状总积分,治疗2周后观察两组临床疗效,治疗后6个月观察两组复发率。结果两组治疗后临床症状总积分均较同组治疗前显著降低(P<0.05);两组治疗前后临床症状总积分差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组临床疗效分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均无严重不良反应。结论中药醋剂联合蜂王浆外用治疗神经性皮炎疗效显著,复发率低,不良反应小。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） vinegar combined with royal jelly in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with neurodermatitis were randomly and equally divided into treatment group and control group. Two patients were lost in the control group , while one patient was lost in the treatment group.Patients in the treatment group received external application of TCM vinegar combined with royal jelly, while patients in the control group received external application of mometasone furoate cream. The total score for clinical symptoms in each group was observed before and after 2 weeks of treatment. The clinical outcomes in the two groups were evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment, and the recurrence rates in the two groups were determined at 6 months after treatment. Results In the two groups, the total scores for clinical symptoms were significantly reduced after treatment （P〈0. 05）. However, there was no significant difference in the change in the total score for clinical symptoms after treatment between the two groups （P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference in the distribution of clinical outcomes between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The treatment group had a significantly lower recurrence rate than the control group （P〈0.05）. No severe adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Conclusion The external application of TCM vinegar combined with royal jelly achieves substantial treatment outcomes, a low recurrence rate, and mild adverse reactions in the treatment of neuroderrnatitis.
