Experimental Research on Influence of Bearing Elevation on its Load for Rotor System

摘要 大型旋转机械转子系统含有多个轴承,为静不定结构,轴系各轴承标高变化对轴承载荷、轴承性能以及机组安全运行的影响很大。设计了基于转轴应变的轴承载荷测试方法,在转子试验台上开展了轴承标高对轴承载荷影响试验研究。实验结果表明,转轴应变可以比较灵敏地反映轴承标高变化。轴承标高抬高后,该轴承载荷增加,相邻轴承载荷减轻。在一定标高变化范围内,轴承载荷变化与轴承标高变化之间近似为线性关系。 There are multiple bearings for large rotating machinery, which is a statically indeterminate structure. Influence of journal bearing elevation change on the change of bearing load, bearing dynamics and the safe and reliable operation of unit is large. Bearing load test using the strain gauge method was presented. Experiments on rotor-bearing rig to research the influence of bearing elevation on beating load were done. Test results show that shaft strain is sensitive to bearing elevation change. If the beating is lifted, bearing load increases while the load of the nearby bearing decreases. Bearing load changes almost linearly with the change of bearing elevation in a certain degree range of elevation change.
