燃气电厂相比于传统燃煤电厂其生产特点表明安全生产是一切工作的重中之重。燃气一蒸汽联合循环发电机组由于其技术复杂,涉及多学科的技术,其安全生产管理不可预知性更大,事故发生的几率更高,而且还没有形成一套完整安全管理模式。基于燃气电厂的特点,引入风险预控体系,借鉴已有的安全制度方法和规定,结合《国家能源局关于加强电力企业安全风险预控体系建设的指导意见》,对电厂进行安全生产风险管理,为燃气电厂安全管理提供指导和帮助。
