具有故障防护功能的导向系统用电液式作动器的研制

摘要 为了防止主动导向系统所存在的误导向问题,降低缓和曲线段的轮轨横向力,设计了电液式导向作动器。线路试验结果表明,所开发的电液式导向作动器改善了转向架的导向性能,并具有故障防护功能。 The electro-hydraulic steering actuator is designed to prevent wrong direction steering operation in the active steering system and to reduce wheel-rail lateral force at the transition curve section.The result of test on track shows that the electro-hydraulic steering actuator developed has improved the steering performance of bogies and maintained the fail-safe function.
