摘要
根据PPP项目各参与方的贡献度确定主要参与主体,在此基础上引入考虑风险因素的Shapley值构建收益分配模型;采用模糊综合评价法,并结合层次分析法赋予多项评价权重,将其统一为单项指标对数据进行计算分析。最后通过北京地铁四号线PPP项目案例进行模拟分析,验证模型的有效性。
According to the degree of contribution in PPP projects,this paper determines the key participants. Based on this,introduces the Shapley value considering risk factors to build the profi t distribution model. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and combined with the analytic hierarchy process,gives a number of evaluation weights,and unifi es into a single evaluation index to calculate and analyze. Finally,through the simulation analysis of the case of Beijing Metro Line No 4,verifi es the validity of the model.
