摘要
首先分析中国建筑施工企业在国际工程承包市场中面临的困难:产业结构和业务模式单一,同质化竞争导致内耗严重,传统成本优势丧失,缺乏品牌策略及影响力,管理粗放手段落后,缺失风险管控机制等等,然后阐述包括创新和改进市场管理模式、加快信息化建设、联合设计企业、深化人力资源考核等走向国际市场的对策。
Firstly,the paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the Chinese construction enterprises in the international project contracting market:single industrial structure,serious internal friction resulted from homogenization of intense competition,disappeared tranditional cost advantage,the lack of brand strategy and infl uence,extensive management and backward means,the lack of risk management mechanism,etc. Then,expounds the countermeasures to enter international market,including innovating and improving market management mode,accelerating the construction of information,uniting design enterprises,deepening human resources assessment,etc.
