2014年内蒙古自治区各级疾控中心实验室生物安全现状调查

The current situation investigation of laboratory biosafety in center for disease control and prevention of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region in 2014

目的加强生物安全管理,了解实验室生物安全管理现状,提高生物安全监督,保护实验室工作人员和公众的健康提供参考依据。方法选取内蒙古自治区各级疾控中心107家,用流行病学动态数据采集平台填报数据,并整理汇总。结果 2014年内蒙古自治区盟市级疾控中心的生物安全总体情况好于旗县区级,存在问题:用于生物安全工作相关经费的机构比例低于35%(分别仅占33.3%和29.5%),对生物安全柜进行第三方定期检测的机构比例不足16%(分别仅占8.3%和15.8%),配备了运输包装材料的机构比例不足70%(占66.3%)。结论应进一步增强各疾控中心工作人员生物安全意识,加大相关投入,加强监督和培训,以全面提高2014年内蒙古自治区生物安全防护水平。

Objective This paper has provided necessary reference data for the purposes of understanding the current situation of biosafety management and strengthening supervision and management of biosafety. Methods 107 centers for disease control and prevention of Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region have been selected. The corresponding data have been collected via Epidemiological Dynamic Data Collection platform. Results The biosafety situation of prefectures is better than that of counties Less than 35% institutions have fond support for the corresponding biosafe work. Less than 16% laboratories periodically inspect their biosafety cabinets by the third - party institution. Less than 70% institutions provide package materials for transportation. Conclusion to comprehensively improve the biosafety level, all level medical and health institutions should enhance consciousness of biosafety, increase corresponding fund inputs, strengthen supervision.
