邯郸县农村饮用水中氟含量对4~15岁组人群生长发育、骨密度及骨钙素水平影响分析

Analysis of the effect of fluoride content of rural drinking water in Handan County on the growth,bone mineral density and osteocalcin levels

摘要 目的对邯郸县农村饮用水中氟含量对4~15岁组人群生长发育、骨密度以及骨钙素水平影响进行分析。方法选择邯郸县农村饮水高氟区4~15岁组人群683人及饮水低氟区4~15岁组人群569人,检测两组骨发育情况、生长发育情况、小腿胫骨骨密度以及血清骨钙素水平。结果对不同年龄组人群的生长发育情况进行比较,高氟区10~12岁组、13~15岁组人群较低氟区更为缓慢,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);高氟区检出骨发育延迟人群201人(29.43%)、低氟区检出骨发育迟缓人群58人(10.19%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);高氟区、低氟区4~6岁组、7~9岁组人群骨密度差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),而高氟区10~12岁组、13~15岁组人群骨密度低于低氟区,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);高氟区、低氟区各年龄组人群血清骨钙素水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论邯郸县农村高氟饮用水可影响4~15岁组人群的生长发育、骨发育以及骨密度,且显著影响10~15岁组人群,而对于骨钙素水平影响不显著。 Objective To investigate the Handan county rural drinking water fluorine content of adolescent growth and development, bone density and osteocalcin levels influence analysis. Methods Handan county rural drinking water high fluoride area 4 - 15 years old children of 683 cases as the observation group, and select the Handan County drinking low fluorine area 4 - 15 years old children 569 cases as the control group, was detected in the two groups of children' s bone development, growth and development, the shin bone density and serum osteocalcin level. Results Comparison of bone mineral density in 58 cases ( growth comparison of different age of child and adolescent growth and development, high fluoride area of 10 to 12 years old, 13 15 year olds low fluoride areas more slowly (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; high fluoride area detected in bone developmental delay children 201 cases of 29.43% , low fluoride areas detected in bone development retardation children ( 10. 19% ), the two groups, the differ- ence was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ) ; high fluoride area, low fluoride areas, 4 to 6 years old, 7 - 9 years old children had no significant difference (P 〉 0. 05 ) , and high fluorine District 10 to 12 years old, 13 - 15 year olds bone density was significantly lower than that of the low fluoride area ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; high fluoride area, low fluoride areas in each age segment in adolescent children serum osteocalcin levels, the differences were not statistically significant ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Handan County Rural high fluorine drinking water can affect adolescent growth, bone development and bone mineral density ( BMD ) and significant influence of age on stage between 10 to 15 years of age, and for youth osteocalcin level had no significant effect.
