三门峡市学龄前儿童法定报告传染病流行特征分析

Analysis of popular features for the legal report infectious diseases to preschool children in Sanmenxia City

目的掌握三门峡市2005-2014年10年以来学龄前儿童传染病发病情况,分析其流行特征及趋势,以便有针对性地采取控制措施。方法从中国疾病监测信息报告管理系统导出2005-2014年间法定传染病个案信息,针对0~6岁组儿童传染病个案信息资料进行分析。结果 2005-2014年间,三门峡市报告学龄前儿童法定传染病26种,累计发病17 788例,占全市传染病发病总数的20.87%,总发病率为1 004.76/10万;2005-2014年发病率位居前10位的病种为手足口病、麻疹、流行性腮腺炎、细菌性痢疾、其它感染性腹泻病、乙肝、流行性感冒、猩红热、梅毒、肺结核;报告发病率居前3位的地区是湖滨区、灵宝市、义马市;5月为发病高峰,占全年发病总数的11.80%;1~岁组发病数最多,其次为2~岁组,但各类传染病发病率高发年龄组不同;男性发病率高于女性。结论三门峡市学龄前儿童是传染病防控的重点人群,肠道传染病防治仍然是传染病防治的主要内容,手足口病是重点防控传染病。

Objective To master the incidence of infectious diseases in preschool children in Sanmenxia city in 10 years and analyze the popular features and trends, n order to targeted control measures. Methods The legal infectious disease information of 2005 -2014 years were exported from the China disease surveillance information report management system, and the data of infectious diseases for 0 - 6 years old childrens were analyzed. Results 26 kinds of legal report infectious disease in preschool children in Sanmenxia City among 2005 -2014 were reported, the cumulative incidence 17 788 cases, accounted for 20. 87% of the city total number of infectious diseases, the total incidence rate was 1 004. 76/10 million; The incidence rate among the top 10 diseases were hand- foot- mouth disease, measles, mumps, dysentery, diarrhea and other infectious diseases, hepatitis B, influenza, scarlet feve, syphilis, tuberculosis and the top 3 areas is Hubin District, Lingbao City, Yima City during 2005 -2014; May is the peak incidence, accounted for 11.80% of the annual; 1 -year- old group incidence followed by 2 years of age group, but all kinds of infectious disease incidence in different age group is different and the incidence is male higher than female. Conclusion Preschool children in Sanmenxia city is the focus group for the prevention and control of infectious diseases, the prevention and cure of intestinal infectious diseases is still the main content for infectious diseases and HFMD is the focus of prevention and control of infectious diseases.
