唐山市大学生艾滋病防控知识宣教效果分析

摘要 目的通过对唐山市新入学大学生宣教前后艾滋病相关知识知晓程度的调查,评价分析宣传教育效果及方式。方法在唐山市两所大学随机抽取1 049名新入学大学生采用健康大课堂形式开展艾滋病防治知识宣传教育,宣教前后开展问卷调查并进行统计分析。结果大学生对8个艾滋病知识性问题知晓率在宣传讲座前后均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对待艾滋病及性的态度,其中8个问题宣教讲座前后有非常明显改变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);1个问题宣教讲座前后有明显改变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化艾滋病宣传教育网络,要坚持经常性的艾滋病知识与性知识宣传教育与重点教育相结合的原则,从而巩固和提高青年学生艾滋病防治知识知晓率,改变其对艾滋病的错误认识。 Objective To analyze the awareness rates and attitudes towards AIDS prevention education among freshmen in Tangshan City, so as to evaluate the public education styles and their effects. Methods A total of 1 049 freshmen were selected randomly from 3 universities in Tangshan and received AIDS prevention education by received public health classes. Questionnaires before and after public education were collected to make statistical analysis. Results Compared with the answers before education, 8 AIDS knowledges indexes increased significantly (P 〈0. 01 ) and freshmen' s attitudes towards AIDS and sex had changed. Among the 9 attitude indexes, 5 indexes changed very obviously (P 〈 0. 01 ), 1 index changed obviously(P 〈 0. 05) .Condusion To insist on integrating AIDS permanent public education with focal point education is necessary for enhancing the awareness rates of AIDS prevention knowledge and changing public mistaken understanding.
