深圳市光明新区2010-2014年医疗机构消毒效果监测情况分析 被引量:12

Analysis on surveillance data of disinfection quality among medical Institutions in Guangming New District of Shenzhen City from 2010 to 2014

摘要 目的了解2010-2014年5年来深圳市光明新区医疗机构卫生消毒情况和消毒效果,提出改进措施,预防医源性传染病的传播。方法对2010-2014年深圳市光明新区医疗机构消毒效果监测数据进行分析,用SPSS 17.0对监测数据进行统计学分析处理。结果 2010-2014年深圳市光明新区监测样品总合格率为90.35%。2014年合格率最高(93.28%),2010年监测合格率最低(87.21%),不同监测年份差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.88,P<0.01)。监测样品中合格率最高的是无菌器械保存液、灭菌器生物监测和污水,合格率均为100.00%;合格率较低的是诊室空气和紫外线灯,合格率分别为82.74%和82.26%,不同类别样品合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=332.76,P<0.01)。区/街道级、私营、社康、个体医疗机构监测合格率分别为96.87%、98.65%、95.34%和85.10%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=212.81,P<0.01)。结论 2010-2014年深圳市光明新区消毒监测合格率总体呈上升趋势,但仍需增加监督监测频次,尤其对合格率较低的医疗机构和监测样本的专项监测。 Objective To know the disinfection effect in medical institutions at different levels in Guangming New District, and to find the existing problems in order to improve the disinfection efficacy and prevent the prevalence of iatrogenic diseases. Methods Analysis was made on the sterilization monitoring data of medical institutions in Guangming New District, Shenzhen from 2010 to 2014. SPSS 17. 0 statistical software was used to analyze monitoring datas. Results The overall passing rate from 2010 to 2014 was 90. 35%. The qualified rate in 2014 was the highest(93. 28% ), and the lowest in 2010(87. 21% ). There was a difference (χ^2=33.88, P 〈 0.01 ) . Among the monitored items, the qualified rates of soaking solution of instrument, the polluted water and biological monitoring of sterilizer were the highest ( 100. 00% ), the indoor air and ultraviolet lamps was the lowest qualified rate which were 82. 74% and 82.26% respectively. There was a difference of the qualified rate in different samples (χ^2=332. 76, P 〈0. 01 ) . The qualified rate in medical institutions at district/street level, community health service center, private and individual clinic was 96.87% , 98.65% , 95.34% , 85.10% respectively. There was a difference (χ^2= 212. 81, P 〈 0. 01 ) . Conclusion The qualified rate of disinfection in medical institutions at different level was on an upward trend from 2010 to 2014, but the monitoring should be strengthened on the medical institutions and some disinfection objects which was on low qualified rate.
