摘要
目的建立高倍共沉捕集-火焰原子吸收法测定生活饮用水中铅的方法。方法水样经100倍浓缩,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法直接测定。结果高倍共沉捕集-火焰原子吸收法可用标准曲线定量(t=1.8 462,P=0),在铅浓度为0.005~0.025 mg/L的范围内具有良好的线性关系,最低检测质量浓度0.005 mg/L,精密度和准确度符合微量分析的要求,回收率92.0%~103.3%。结论为生活饮用水标准检验方法中共沉法测定铅提供了一个新的测试手段,满足GB 5749-2006标准的要求。
Objective To develop a method for the determination of lead in drinking water by high power co - precipitation capture flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) . Methods After the water samples were concentrated 100 times, lead concentrations were directly determined by FAAS. Results This method can be used to quantitatively ( t = 1.8 462, P = 0) . A good linear relationship between the absorptions and lead concentrations was found in wide range (0. 005 mg/L- 0. 025 mg/L) and the detection limit was 0. 005 mg/L with the recovery ranging from 92. 0% to 103.3%. At the same time, the precision and accuracy fulfilled with the requirement of the trace analysis of lead. Conclusion A new testing method for determination of lead in drinking water was established, moreover, the method was consistent with the standard GB 5749 -2006.
