总结了89例急性A型主动脉夹层患者的术后护理,护理重点是加强对患者神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统并发症的观察,对肾功能变化、下肢缺血及术后出血等并发症密切观察、早期发现、提前干预,预防和控制并发症的发生和发展。经过精心治疗和护理,83例患者痊愈出院。

This paper summarizes the postoperative care of 89 patients with acute type A aortic dissection. The key points in nursing were intensive observation and early intervention of postoperative complications in nervous system,respiratory system,digestive system,renal function,lower limb ischemia and hemorrhage. As a result,83 cases were discharged with recovery.
