颅内静脉窦血栓形成继发颅内出血的溶栓治疗

Thrombolytic therapy for secondary intracranial hemorrhage in intracranial venous sinus thrombosis

目的分析颅内静脉窦血栓形成继发颅内出血的溶栓治疗效果。方法 13例颅内静脉窦血栓形成继发颅内出血患者,均采用低分子肝素抗凝联合静脉窦局部溶栓治疗,观察治疗效果。结果术后随访12周,10例患者完全恢复,2例患者遗留癫痫后遗症,1例患者因抢救无效死亡,死亡原因为脑疝导致呼吸心跳停止。结论颅内静脉窦血栓形成继发颅内出血患者采用局部溶栓治疗具有比较理想的效果,安全可靠,能对预后进行有效改善。

Objective To analyze curative effect by thrombolytic therapy for secondary intracranial hemorrhage in intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. Methods A total of 13 patients with secondary intracranial hemorrhage in intracranial venous sinus thrombosis all received low molecular heparin anticoagulation combined with venous sinus local thrombolysis for treatment. Their curative effects were observed. Results Postoperative follow-up for 12 weeks showed 10 complete recovered cases, 2 cases with epilepsy sequela, and 1 rescue invalid death case due to cerebral hernia-induced respiratory and cardiac arrest. Conclusion Implement of local thrombolysis provides ideal effect in treating secondary intracranial hemorrhage in intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. This method is safe and creditable, and it can effective improve prognosis.
