清咽喉合剂使用方法探讨

Application way investigation of Qingyanhou mixture

目的探讨清咽喉合剂的不同使用方法 ,增加药物使用的合理性。方法 173例急慢性咽喉炎、扁桃体炎患者,使用清咽喉合剂治疗并自行按照说明书用药的为对照组(82例),使用清咽喉合剂治疗并在药师交代下注意小量多次含服的为治疗组(91例)。观察治疗效果。结果治疗组24 h有效率为71.4%、48 h有效率为80.2%、72 h有效率为86.8%,均高于对照组的56.1%、67.1%、70.7%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用清咽喉合剂用于急慢性咽喉炎、扁桃体炎采取小量多次含服的效果更佳。

Objective To investigate different application ways of Qingyanhou mixture, and to increase drug use rationality. Methods A total of 173 patients with acute and chronic faucitis and amygdalitis were divided into control group receiving Qingyanhou mixture by voluntarily medication according to direction（82 cases） and treatment group receiving Qingyanhou mixture by pharmacists＇ prescription of repeated small-dose administration（91 cases）. Their curative effects were observed. Results The treatment group had 24 h effective rate as 71.4%, 48 h effective rate as 80.2%, and 72 h effective rate as 86.8%, which were all higher than 56.1%, 67.1% and 70.7% in the control group. Their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of Qingyanhou mixture by repeated small-dose administration provides excellent effect in treating acute and chronic faucitis.
