摘要
传统商贸流通平台如何在网络经济下进行转型升级是当前经济新常态下必须面对和研究的问题。本文运用扎根理论的质性研究方法,以海宁中国皮革城为例来探索在网络经济下传统商贸流通平台升级的驱动因素和升级内容,形成了由156个概念、36个副范畴、8个主范畴(创新能力、组织学习能力、社会网络能力、政策环境、市场环境、技术环境、功能升级和地位升级)和3个核心范畴(企业核心能力、企业外部环境和平台升级)构成的模型体系。研究结果表明:企业核心能力和企业外部环境是驱动海宁皮革城平台升级的重要因素;海宁皮革城平台升级包括功能升级和地位升级。最后,给出了研究的结论、建议以及局限性。
It's an inevitable problem that how do traditional commercial circulation platforms achieve upgrade in network economy,when Chinese economy is in new normal. In this paper,we used grounded theory to explore the drivers and contents of traditional commercial circulation platforms' upgrade in network economy. We selected Haining Leather City as the example of case study,forming a system model that consists of 156 concepts,36 sub-categories,8 main categories( innovation abilities,organizational learning abilities,social networking abilities,policy environment,market environment,technical environment,function upgrades and status upgrades) and 3 core categories( enterprise core abilities,enterprise external environment and platform upgrade). The results shew that enterprise core abilities and external environment are the important factors driving the upgrade of Haining Leather City platform; Haining Leather City platforms' upgrade includes function upgrade and status up-grade. Finally,this paper pointed out the conclusions,recommendations and limitations of this research.
