孕前体重指数对多囊卵巢综合征患者妊娠结局的影响

Effect of Pre- pregnancy Body Mass Index in Patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Pregnancy Outcomes

目的探讨孕前体重指数对多囊卵巢综合征患者妊娠结局的影响。方法于2014-01—2015-01间选择广东省台山市人民医院68例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对象,对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者孕前体重状况,将其分为正常组34例和肥胖及超重组34例,对两组患者进行随访,了解患者妊娠结局及新生儿结局状况。结果肥胖及超重组患者流产率、妊娠期高血压率、妊娠期糖尿病率、辅助生殖技术助孕率、剖宫产率、新生儿早产儿发生率率、巨大儿发生率与正常组相比均明显较高,P<0.05。结论多囊卵巢综合征孕前体重指数肥胖及超重患者将会增加妊娠期并发症,引起不良母婴妊娠结局,增加妊娠风险。

Objective To investigate the pre- pregnancy body mass index on the outcome of pregnancy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods From January,2014 to January,2015,68 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the hospital were selected.Clinical data of the patients in the two groups were retrospectively analyzed,according to the patient pre- pregnancy weight status. Patients were divided into normal group（ n = 34） and obesity and overweight（ n = 34） group. Patients of the two groups were followed up,and the patient pregnancy outcomes and neonatal health outcomes were understood. Results Abortion rate,the rate of gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes rate of assisted reproductive technology assisted reproductive rate,cesarean section rate,the rate of incidence of premature birth children,the incidence of great children in obesity and overweight group were significantly higher than the normal group,P 0. 05. Conclusion Polycystic ovary syndrome,pre- pregnancy body mass index,obesity and overweight patients will increase pregnancy complications,arose maternal adverse pregnancy outcomes,and increase the risk of pregnancy.
