VAS评分应用于变应性鼻炎诊断治疗中的效果及价值

Effect and Value of VAS Score in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的针对VAS评分在变应性鼻炎诊断治疗中的应用效果及价值进行探讨。方法选取云浮市人民医院耳鼻咽喉门诊科就诊的88例变应性鼻炎患者加入试验作为主要研究对象,并采用VAS评分对患者的主诉症状进行评估,并且在试验中采用皮肤点刺测试患者的过敏原,随访观察可能影响患者症状发展的相关因素。结果采用VAS评分系统的诊断效果和皮肤点刺试验的诊断效果相比具有较高的一致性,其灵敏度为82.3%,特异性为60.1%,由此看出其主诉症状VAS评分波动明显升高,随后逐渐下降,直至治疗结束达到最低水平。结论 VAS评分系统的应用能够以更加经济、便捷的形式实现良好的诊断效果,为患者临床病史数据的采集工作的开展提供良好的参考作用,值得临床应用及推广。

Objective To observe and analyze VAS score in the diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Selecting 88 cases of allergic rhinitis patients in the ear,nose and throat out- patient treatment as the main research object,and using the VAS score to assess the patients＇ self- reported symptom,using the skin prick test in patients with allergic,and doing follow- up observationon the related factors of the symptoms development. Results The VAS score system diagnosis effect and skin prick test diagnosis had high consistency. The sensitivity was 82. 3%,and specificity was 60. 1%. Self- reported symptom VAS score fluctuation significantly increased,and then decreased gradually,and until the end of the treatment reduced to the lowest level. Conclusion The application of VAS score system can achieve good diagnostic results in a more economical and convenient form,which can provide a good reference for the clinical data collection.
