Survey of Training Needs of Nursing Staff in Heilongjiang Province Family Planning Technical Service Institutions

目的了解黑龙省市、县级计划生育技术服务机构护理人员培训现状及需求,为开展有针对性的培训提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,以问卷的形式对黑龙江省市、县级计划生育技术服务机构的105名护理人员培训现状及需求进行了调查。结果 2012—2014间有45%的护理人员接受了培训,97.2%的人员认为有必要和很有必要参加培训。结论护理人员培训率不高,培训需求度高;需求的培训形式与以往接受培训的形式不同。

Objective To understand the training status and needs of nursing staff in Heilongjiang province city and county level family planning technical service institutions,and to provide the basis for the development of targeted training. Methods Taking cluster sampling method,and doing the investigation of 105 nursing staff training status and needs of the city and county level family planning technical service institutions. Results From 2012 to 2014,45% of the nursing staff received training; and 97. 2% people think that it is very necessary to participate in training. Conclusion The training rate of nursing staff was not high,the training needs is high. The demand of training form is different from previous acceptance form.
