内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗急性上消化道大出血临床观察

Clinical observation of endoscopic metal titanium clamp in treatment of acute hemorrhage of upper digestive tract

目的观察内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗急性上消化道大出血的临床效果,为临床医生治疗急性上消化道大出血提供新的思路。方法选择2013年9月—2014年9月来濮阳市人民医院治疗急性上消化道大出血的患者142例,随机将其分成对照组和治疗组,每组各71例。对照组采用内镜下注射肾上腺素治疗,治疗组采用内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗组不同时段止血效果均明显优于对照组,疗效明显高于对照组,各项指标改善时间均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性上消化道大出血患者采用内镜下金属钛夹止血治疗效果明显,能有效的提高止血效果,缩短临床症状改善时间,无严重并发症,可推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of endoscopic metal titanium clip hemostasis in the treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,to provide a new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods Totally 142 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from September 2013- September 2014 were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,71 cases in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic injection of epinephrine,the treatment group was treated with endoscopic metal titanium clip hemostasis,and the effect of the two groups were observed. Results In the treatment group,the bleeding effect was significantly better than that of the control group,the treatment effect was significantly higher than that of the control group,the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion In acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients with endoscopic titanium clip hemostasis effect is obvious,can effectively improve the hemostatic effect,shorten the time of clinical symptoms improve,no serious complications,can be popularized and applied.
