2013年南京市六合区一起恙虫病暴发的流行病学特征分析

Investigation of the epidemiological characteristics of an outbreak of tsutsugamushi disease in Liuhe district of Nanjing City in 2013

目的对南京市六合区一起恙虫病暴发疫情进行流行病学调查分析。方法通过查阅医院病历记录,对病例开展流行病学个案调查。结果本次恙虫病暴发疫情共发现恙虫病病例46例。病例年龄主要集中在40岁以上,共42例,占全部病例的91.30%;男女性别比为1∶1.3;病例中大多为农民。所有病例均有发热、皮疹,大部分出现焦痂或溃疡、头痛、淋巴结肿大。结论针对恙虫病暴发事件的流行病学特征,提出有针对的防控措施,以有效防控疫情的蔓延。

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of anoutbreak of tsutsugamushi disease in Liuhe district,Nanjing City.Methods We consulted the medical records of cases and carried out epidemiologicalinvestigation of cases.Results46 cases with tsutsugamushi diseasewere discovered in the outbreak.42 Cases were over 40 years old,which accounted for91.30%,male-to-female ratio was 1∶ 1.3,most of them were farmer,all the patients had fever and skin eschar,the majority of patients had headache,tetter andlymphadenectasis.Conclusion According to the epidemiological characteristics of the outbreak,targeted prevention and control measures were taken,controled the further spread of the epidemic.
